Hot Weather
It is 93° F here at 8:00 p.m.. According to Weather Underground, it feels like it if 105° with the oppressive humidity. I wonder how FOX news is explaining it. Too much use of energy saving lightbulbs and the energy had to go somewhere?!? To many liberals outside demonstrating against attempts to break public unions (every unions for that matter) - all that body heat super saturating the air?!?! With FOX, it will be anything except the truth.
With the coal and big oil companies paying our senators and congressmen to block any climate control legislation, our climate will continue to hotter. I feel sorry for those suffering from the drought in the Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico. Still I don't look for any of those landowners to back representatives that suggest the drought is due to climate change or that will fight to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
How much richer to the rich feel they need to be? Why?
Construction Workers
I'm in Viroqua, Wisconsin, staying at the Midway Motel. Wisconsin is improving HWY 61 north of town. The motel is full of traveling construction worker. After work, they gather at the motel to drink a few beers and party. There are a few women. One of the women has a loud voice and a strange accent. Yesterday they were all in bed by 9:00 and gone before I woke up at 6:00 a.m.
